With the new extension to the existing building, the <strong>laboratory and microbiology area<\/strong> has been expanded. The digital gas sensors (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.msr-24.com\/ecommerce\/category-browse?category_id=147142\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">type SC2<\/a>) are used to detect CH<sub>4<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<p>The sensor head has an independent <strong>\u03bcController<\/strong> that evaluates and stores all relevant measured values and data of the sensor element. This data the sensor head transfers to the sensor board via the internal local bus.<\/p>\n<p>Up to 3 sensor heads for different gases can be connected to the <strong>sensor<\/strong> <strong>board<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>sensor head<\/strong> can be mounted directly on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the basic sensor board (type SB2)<\/li>\n<li>in a distance on a remote sensor board (RB2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Via the <strong>RS-485 fieldbus interface<\/strong>, the basic sensor board communicates with the GC-06 Gas-Controller - the heart of the fixed gas detection system.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a gas leakage in the Istria Health Institute, the <strong>1<sup>st<\/sup> alarm threshold<\/strong> (20 % LEL) switches the gas supply off via the solenoid valve.
